AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE

A massage therapy drawing on the Indian traditions of yoga and Ayurveda

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a holistic bodywork originally developed by Master Kusum Modak in Pune, India in the early 1980s. Influenced by traditional Ayurvedic massage therapy (Vasudev Limaye) and haṭha yoga (B. K. S. Iyengar), this unique method dynamically and synergistically combines deep tissue oil massage with yoga-based assisted stretching and synchronized breathwork. This type of massage allows one to experience a deep sense of openness and well-being on a physical, psychological, and emotional level through the unlocking of the healing power of conscious touch.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is particularly suitable for individuals that:

  • Wish to release a wide range of tensions
  • Wish to balance and harmonize their energy levels holistically from an ayurvedic perspective (doshas, chakras, prana, agni)
  • Are looking to improve their respiratory patterns
  • Are looking to go deeper into their healing journey
  • Would like to experience a unique type of massage

IN-FLOW THAI MASSAGE

A gentle type of Thai Massage inducing a deep state of relaxation

Being a clothed massage technique and requiring no oil, In-Flow Thai Massage (also called Dynamic Thai Massage) is a unique flavor of Thai massage involving gentle rocking and repetitive (at times continuous), harmonious movements, dynamic stretches, acupressure, joint mobilization and traction of different body parts. Inspired by Ajanh Chaiyuth Priyasith, one of the most prominent traditional Thai massage teachers of the 20th century from Chiang Mai, this massage therapy is a true meditation in movement that allows one to restore mobility and experience a profound sense of relaxation on a physical and psychological level by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system through a listening, kind, and grounded touch.

In-Flow Thai Massage is particularly suitable for individuals that:

  • Struggle to relax and sleep
  • Wish to bring back their mind and body into harmony by releasing a wide range of blockages
  • Have a limited range of motion
  • Are new to massage therapies
  • Wish to experience a more gentle and meditative type of Thai massage

TIBETAN NEJANG YOGA

Yoga for health, purification, peace, and harmony

Tibetan Nejang Yoga is a simple, gentle, and safe form of internal yoga transmitted by the great Tibetan monk-scholar and yogi Butön Rinchen Drup བུ་སྟོན་རིན་ཆེན་གྲུབ (1290-1364), taking roots in the Indian Kalachakra tradition and prescribed to patients by Tibetan physicians for centuries to improve health and vitality as well as to support spiritual practice. Consisting of 24 physical exercises that connect the 24 locations of the body (né གནས།) that we train or purify (jang སྦྱང།) with the 24 outer and inner sacred tantric dimensions, it relies on breathwork, self-massage, and meditative concentration to open and purify the channels, balance and refine the subtle energies of the body, sooth the mind, and nourish the inner organs. Nejang Yoga is therefore a complete practice that unifies body, energy, and mind in a holistic fashion, bringing spiritual healing to all aspects of one’s being, including physical and mental health.

Tibetan Nejang Yoga is an internal form of yoga that:

  • Improves body awareness
  • Improves breathing patterns
  • Nurtures a sense of wellbeing
  • Helps to get more familiar with the inner landscape of the subtle anatomy
  • Stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system
  • … and more

YIN YOGA

A space for mindful stillness, inner listening, energetic balance, and flexibility

Yin yoga is a gentle, introspective form of yoga rooted in both traditional Hatha postures and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Developed in the late 20th century, it draws inspiration from Taoist philosophy and the ancient understanding of meridians – the energetic channels that run through the body. Unlike more active yang styles such as Vinyasa or Ashtanga, yin yoga works with long, passive holds that target the deep connective tissues such as the fascia, helping to increase flexibility, enhance joint mobility, and support a calmer nervous system. Its slow pace encourages stillness, presence, and emotional release. By linking postures with Traditional Chinese Medicine’ss five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water), yin yoga becomes a holistic practice that nurtures both physical harmony and energetic balance, offering a therapeutic space for grounding and inner renewal.

This introspective form of yoga:

  • Improves flexibility by gently lengthening connective tissues ;
  • Increases joint mobility, especially in hips, spine, and shoulders ;
  • Enhances hydration and health of fascia and joint capsules ;
  • Supports better posture and structural balance ;
  • Stimulates the meridians, improving the flow of qi (energy) ;
  • Helps balance internal organ systems (TCM) ;
  • Activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress ;
  • Promotes deeper relaxation and emotional release ;
  • Improves sleep quality and overall restfulness ;
  • Builds patience, mindfulness, and inner stillness ;
  • Complements more active “yang” styles of movement ;
  • Encourages introspection and a deeper connection to one’s inner landscape ;

TIBETAN KU NYE MASSAGE

A grounding therapy from Tibetan tradition that brings relaxation and equilibrium

Rooted in the rich tradition of Sowa Rigpa བོད་ཀྱི་གསོ་བ་རིག་པ་ (traditional Tibetan medicine), Ku Nye བསྐུ་མཉེ། is an oil-based bodywork dating back over 3,900 years, developed within the Himalayan healing systems to restore balance through touch. In classical medical texts such as the Four Tantras (Gyud-Shi རྒྱུད་བཞི་), “ku” refers to applying warm, herbal-infused oils to the body, while “nye” describes the gentle massage and pressure applied to energy channels and key body points. As an ancient modality, Ku Nye is commonly integrated with knowledge of the three Tibetan humors (wind, bile, phlegm) to harmonize energy, ease tension, and support both physical and mental well-being. It is often combined with Hormé ཧོར་མེ། (also known as Mongolian moxibustion), another one of the fundamental external therapies highlighted in the Four Tantras, primarily used to address imbalances in the wind humor (loong རླུང་) through the application of herbal compresses soaked in warm sesame oil on relevant body points.

Tibetan Ku Nye Massage’s main observable benefits:

  • Deep stress reduction and calming of the nervous system ;
  • Relief from muscular tension, stiffness, and joint discomfort ;
  • Enhanced joint mobility and flexibility ;
  • Balancing of the three Tibetan humors (wind, bile, phlegm) for holistic energetic harmony ;
  • Promotion of better sleep and relief from insomnia ;
  • Detoxification through the removal of toxins and purification of the body ;
  • Boosts immune function via improving lymphatic flow and strengthening internal organ function ;
  • … and more ;

HENYŌ SEED MEDITATION

Emotional transmutation for clarity and compassion

Crafted by Kůra Růka as a signature holistic offering intended to be both a meditation technique and a deep introspective experience, Henyō 変容 (“transformation,” “change”) is a simple yet powerful practice centered on the transmutation of emotional afflictions into wisdom, clarity, compassion, and renewed potential. Rooted in eco-spiritual consciousness, it invites practitioners to reconnect with their heart-essence and explore impermanence through contemplation, visualization, self-awareness, and an intimate relationship with Nature. Ideally practiced outdoors, individually or in groups, the approximately 80-minute journey unfolds through three stages—Recognition, Tension, and Integration—symbolized by the successive polishing of three buoyant Entada tonkinensis seeds, representing the heart and the resilience, hope, and latent potential carried within us. Through the tactile act of polishing, emotional patterns and inner obstacles are gently softened and reshaped, allowing a new sense of balance and possibility to emerge. The practice is guided by five principles—Tending, Dwelling, Reverence, Connectedness, and Sentience—and culminates in the release of the transformed energy back to the natural world. Ultimately, the Henyō Seed Meditation is an invitation to cultivate a more compassionate, clear, and harmonious way of being, attuned to the rhythms of Life and the living environment around us.
